Bustard mechanical tabletop lamp (small)
Bustard mechanical tabletop lamp (small)
Bustard is a tabletop lamp and operates as a desk lamp or decorative bird sculpture. Its main light shines out from under its oak 'beak'. Some versions have their bulb in the base for a different effect.
You can adjust the angle and attitude of Bustard by turning the brass handle. This operates the 'rack & pinion' gear to rotate the bird body relative to its legs. You can also adjust the angle of the bird beak itself by loosening and tightening the eyeballs.
