A limited run of 10 Bombe clocks were made, each one an exact 1:1 replica of the original machine. There is now a MKII Bombe in development that is very nearly ready, this new Bombe is called the 'Covert Bombe' and features re-designed electronics for the clock, and uses a GPS device to sync the time automatically.

Paul Parry of Bad Dog Designs started his business making Nixie clocks around the same time BLOTT WORKS began and we’ve been following each other ever since.

Having talked about collaborating for years we finally got round to it last year with ‘Wing’ Nixie clock and ‘Jodrell’ grandfather Nixie clock. It is proving to be a very enjoyable process and we’re expecting other products appear very soon.

Paul designs and makes a bewildering array of wonderful clocks and other useful things using Nixie tubes. Often upcycling old scientific equipment but also making some from new in a more contemporary style.

Bad Dog Designs is now acting as an online reseller for our work and we are proud to be an Affiliate of theirs.
